Chapman Industries offers CNC Milling and Turning of Aluminum, Steel, Stainless, Titanium, Plastics and much more.  We have

many years of experience machining parts for various industries. If something isn't stated here, that does not mean we can't do 

it. Always check with us about your project and chances are we've done something similar before. 

-CNC Machining  $125.00 per/hour

Chapman Industries offers standard manual machining services for the simpler projects or repair jobs. These services include lathe

and mill work along with many hands on practices. If you need a repair or modification done this is perfect for that.

-Manual Machining  $75.00 per/hour

Chapman Industries offers the full range of welding and fabrication services. This includes MIG and Tig welding of all your standard materials as well as exotic materials.  A short list is Aluminum, Steel, Stainless and Titanium. We have fabricated many complex assemblies large and small for most industries out there.

-TIG Welding/Fabrication  $95.00 per/hour

-MIG Welding/Fabrication  $75.00 per/hour

Chapman Industries has the ability to take your idea for a part or complete assembly and turn it into reality. This is done using only the latest CAD software available. We can also take that design and manufacture the final product giving you a one stop shop from start to finish.

CAD/CAM Design  $75.00 per/hour

Chapman Industries has the ability to reverse engineer any part or assembly that you need to repair or manufacture a related component. We do this by utilizing our Romer Absolute Arm coupled with "Dezignworks" software to digitally probe and scan the part, then turn it into useful CAD data.

Reverse Engineering  $125.00 per/hour

Chapman Industries has the ability to help you with your programming challenges. If you need a CNC machine, PLC or Robot programmed, we have many years of experience programming these types of controllers. This includes 2,3,4 and 5 axis mills. 

-Programming  $95.00 per/hour

Chapman industries has the ability to assemble complex designs to a completed state. This service would be directed at a project that had several vendors/suppliers involved in making parts or sub assemblies for a final project, but requires complex assembly of the components in a detailed manner.

Assembly Work  $75.00 per/hour

Chapman Industries has the ability to completly design and build complex electro mechanical harnesses. This includes using your wiring schematic or we design the schematic and complete the electronic controls portion of the project. This is common in the industrial and high end motorsports world. We have experience servicing both industries at a high level.

Wiring/Electronics  $75.00 per/hour

After many years in the high end racing engine  development world we learned invaluable airflow practices. Using our custom designed 1500CFM+ flowbench , we can develop most airflow related projects. We also have the ability to spin turbo chargers for balancing and airflow mapping using a Turbo Technics V500 machine.

Airflow Testing  $95.00 per/hour

Chapman Industries has the ability to do custom coatings on most substrates. We use the thin film products available from KG Industries to customize or just protect components from corrosion and wear. This service is priced on a quoted basis.
